Terms

You may provide your own beverages, entertainment, additional pūpū and dessert. If you are bringing in your own pūpū or dessert, please provide your own paper goods.
We serve complimentary hot tea and ice water.
Decorations: no tape, adhesives or pins. Balloons can be tied to posts, tables and chairs. Tables can accommodate party favours and small centrepieces. Please remove your own decorations at the end of your party. Decorations in common areas should be discreet as a courtesy to other customers. No confetti or glitter.
All alcoholic beverages must be made known to the Natsunoya staff. No one may leave their room with drinks of any kind, or leave the premises with open containers. No one under 21 may consume alcohol, and no one may serve or provide alcohol to a minor.
Customised beverage orders may be made at the time of your reservation. At least one week's notice is needed for beverage requests. Guests may order drinks à la carte; the host is responsible for all drinks ordered during the function.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Ways to pay

Cards and cash: Cash, cashier's check, or credit card — Mastercard, Visa, American Express and JCB.
Checks: Personal checks are accepted for deposits only. Business and organizational checks need prior approval. A $25.00 fee is assessed for all returned checks.
Deposit: Due within 10 days of making the reservation, by head count: $100 for 10–25 guests, $200 for 26–50, $300 for 51–100, $500 for 101 or more. Non-refundable, and applied towards the cost of your party.
